The operation of timeshare clubs involves the arrangement of committee and annual general meetings, budgets, income & expenditure reporting, newsletters, development of sinking fund together with the refurbishment and renovation of resorts.

We actively sell and market timeshare weeks using the name Timeshare Traders and we are involved in appointing marketing agents to sell unsold inventory on resorts where there is no active developer. We therefore oversee the sales operations on behalf of the Committees or Clubs and take steps to ensure that the practices are legitimate.

Our resort staff receive regular training, usually speak a number of languages and above all provide a friendly and efficient service to our guests, so that they can enjoy their holidays in the way in which they wish to.

In the role of resort management we are able to provide the services of:
